Jenny Farber

Jenny is a Comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor with fitness certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Kettlebell Fitness Federation (IKFF).  Lifelong attention to health eating habits, consistent exercise, and rigorous training, has enabled her to develop a menu of services customized to meet individual needs. Jenny helps her clients overcome injuries, weight problems and illness related limitations.

JESSICA HANIKA

Jessica has her Comprehensive Certification with Balanced body, she teaches in a couple of studios here in the Omaha area. Jessica comes from a rehab setting and loves to think outside the box with adaptive and mobility challenges!

When not teaching Jessica enjoys hanging out with her husband and 2 dogs.

MALIA OWEN-COOK

Growing up I was a gymnast & developed some lower back pain. I was introduced by my great Aunt in Austin Texas using a reformer for the first time and fell in love and wanted to learn more. Pilates has helped me see that fitness can be fun and healing and through that I wanted to help other by becoming an instructor.

My husband & I moved to Nebraska over a year ago and we love it! We have two cat babies named Mon and Murphy.

I initially came to Jenny, wanting a training program to run a half marathon. Running was fairly new to me; I had been a dancer my whole life, but because of an injury, had to find an alternate way to stay in shape. Jenny understands all muscle groups and helped me in all areas including balance, and she is fun to work with. She was familiar with my particular affliction (Polymyalgia Rheumatica) and the effects being on prednisone for over 3 years had done to my muscles and breath control.
